'To its visitors the Fair will say: Here are the materials, ideas, and forces at work in our world. These are the tools with which the World of Tomorrow must be made. They are all interesting and much effort has been expended to lay them before you in an interesting way. Familiarity with today is the best preparation for the future.'

RE•WORLD THE WORLD
Imagine a world without phones, TV’s, X-Rays, touchscreens, lightbulbs, dishwashers and hardest of all to fathom, a world without electricity making machines, the most elemental part of everything related to modern life… Let’s keep going - microscopes, air pumps, escalators, medical instruments and throw in some fun stuff like 3D audio even the iconic Eiffel Tower…
That, indeed, was the world before the World’s Fair, a series of global events starting with the Great Exhibition in 1851. Each fair brought together innovators and leading figures in the arts, sparking ‘black swan' events that rapidly infused millions of people’s everyday lives with new ways of living, evolving the modern world as we now know it to be.
Rooted in its legacy, Re•world Fair is a platform for sparking ’*biophilic’ black swan events, designed to meet modern critical needs with the needs of nature. We seed cultural events with aesthetically engaging, practical ecologically and economically equitable solutions to catalyse a global culture of eco-citizenry.

IN ACTION
Collaborate
We collaborate with cultural events and platforms to create artful experiences that facilitate biophilia and/or enfranchise communities with the tools to implement durable biophilic infrastructure and biodiversity initiatives.
Create
Re•world produces projects and platforms that demonstrate and support biophilic technologies, practical conservation and cultural exchange initiatives through novel art experiences in both digital, physical and cross modalities.
Consult/Curate
As a production collaborator,
Re•world can enhance, guide,
and integrate comprehensive biophilic design facets, ranging from site architecture and logistics to program direction, consultation, curation and content creation.
As a utilities collaborator, Re•world offers training workshops, fabrication and installation support of biophilic utilities directly to local communities through participating festivals and fairs. Doing so helps replace polluting and noisy event infrastructure with non-toxic, quiet and affordable reusable biophilic alternatives, enfranchises the local community with not only education in, but also the demonstration of these systems, which they can continue to scale themselves to provide economic autonomy, water, electricity and waste management.
